How long will it take for my package to arrive?

It takes 2-3 days to process your order. And 2-5 days to ship your order. If by some chance it may take longer for your package to arrive you will be notified.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

• At this time we do not issue refunds or exchanges. 

Once you receive your confirmation email and tracking number, Retro Resonance is no longer responsible for items that may have been lost or damaged during transit.
